Squirrel Proof feeders are expensive and disappoint in their performance. Deterrents like Slinkys, electrified poles and crazy spring-loaded baffles are unsightly and potentially dangerous to birds and squirrels. A simple answer was needed to protect birds and feeders. It had to be strong ( Storm Safe ) easy to assemble and to repair. Click the links below to gather your materials and get started building your own SedSafe feeding station.
We are “Squirrel Free”
Our feeding stations are visited by a variety of birds and many Eastern Gray Squirrels. Nothing is squirrel proof but we are confident in our design and will make a donation to the Audubon Society for any squirrel that makes it to our feeders.
